At Sweet Pea’s Wardrobe hope that you, as a customer, will always be completely satisfied with what you order. However, in case you have a change of heart, we have a 30-day return policy starting from the day you received your order from us.
If you wish to send back a product to our online shop, please note that there is no possibility to exchange it for other sizes or items. In such cases, you will need to place a new order.
To return unwanted items purchased at sweetpeaswardrobe.co.uk:
Please ensure that the items have their original labels intact, are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. Please do not remove the hygiene strip on underwear and bathing suits. All goods being returned must be packed in a bag or carton. If possible, please use the original packaging.
Returned items MUST BE in the same condition as received, complete with tags. Items showing additional wear, damage, stains, holes, wash, or perfume odor will be rejected and returned to you. At Sweet Pea’s Wardrobe, we ensure each order is inspected before shipping. In the event of damage, defects, or incorrect items, please notify us within 5 days.

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure the parcel is returned to us. We strongly suggest that you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office when you return it.
