What Happens if I’m Not at Home?

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available at the provided address when the parcel is due for delivery. If you are not at home when our courier attempts delivery, or if the parcel doesn’t fit through the letterbox, they will leave a note indicating where you can collect your parcel. 

Is It Possible to Cancel a Placed Order?

You can request to cancel an order, and we always try our best to prevent the order from being shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible. However, it is not always possible to stop an order once it has been placed. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the guidelines for returning the goods, as outlined in our Returns Policy.

Where Do You Deliver?

We use Royal Mail Evri and Yodel as our distribution partners, and we deliver to the entire UK, including the Highlands, Offshore Islands, and Northern Ireland, but excluding the Isle of Man.
